Getting Ready for the Neufia Mobile App

We are lining up native iOS and Android builds, store listings, and the same trust boundaries you already get on the web—here is what that means in practice.

Neufia started on the web, but the community clearly lives on phones too. Over the last slices we have been hardening a dedicated mobile client: same Cognito sign-in, same API behind CloudFront, feed and profiles, chat in a controlled WebView, notifications, and the same safety tools you expect (report and block).

On the engineering side we are using Expo Application Services for reproducible builds, internal tester tracks first, and explicit release gates so a “green preview” is not mistaken for “ready for the public store pages.” Production environment variables, app IDs, and operator checks are all being aligned before we ask for review time from Apple and Google.

On the policy side we are treating Play and App Store requirements as part of the product: clear privacy and terms links, in-app account deletion wired to the API, tightened WebView navigation to our own hosts, and store copy that matches what the app actually does.

We will post again when the first public store version is live. Until then, thank you for the feedback that pushed mobile up the roadmap—keep it coming.
