Neufia changes are shipped as small, reversible slices so each release is easy to validate and easy to roll forward.

Every slice is anchored to contracts and invariants, then validated with the narrowest high-signal checks first (build, synth, endpoint smoke).

When infra changes are involved, we prefer scripted operator verification before asking for manual checks.

This keeps the backlog moving while reducing surprise regressions in auth, profile, feed, and chat paths.
